The objective of the game is to match three or more regular pay symbols on consecutive reels along one of the 243 fixed paylines to score payouts.
Pay symbols include low-paying cannonballs, knives, hand grenades, claws, and bullets, plus the premium-paying pirate characters, each distinguished by their unique colours.
In addition to these regular pay symbols, there are also two bonus symbols: glowing cannonball wild symbols and a scatter symbol that is a red tile showing the dragon’s face with fiery red eyes, which is the guardian of the free spins bonus.

Wild Cascades
Any win triggers the cascade mechanic, where all symbols involved in a win are removed from the reels to make way for new symbols to drop down from above to fill the empty spaces. Cascades continue until no further winning combos are created. Wilds disappear as part of the winning combo, but new ones are created following a win.
Double Multipliers
The multiplier chain runs along the bottom of the reels. It starts at x1 and is doubled with each consecutive cannonball, and is applied after winning cascades. The multiplier resets after every losing spin or cascade in the base game.
There are four types of balls on the chain, each with different features:
- Standard: Carries a multiplier value
- Golden: Guarantees a win when reached
