Formula 1 races are held on circuits around the world, from the iconic streets of Monaco to the testing track at Monza in Italy.

Drivers and constructors are awarded points based on their finish in the race, with the winner receiving 25 points.

Formula 1 Betting Markets

There are several ways to bet on Formula 1 at talkSPORT BET:

Grand Prix Races

You can bet on the winner of every F1 race throughout the campaign, from Brazil to Bahrain. In the lead-up to the race, check the latest F1 odds at talkSPORT BET and back your winner, based on their current form and previous performances at the circuit.

If you can’t pick a winner, you can back any driver to finish on the podium via our each-way F1 market. If your driver doesn’t win but finishes in the top three places, you’ll receive a payout, albeit at reduced odds.

Drivers’ Championship

In addition to pre-race F1 markets, we offer season outrights to all F1 fans. You can bet on the person you think will win the driver’s championship at the end of the F1 season.

You can access this market at any time you like, but the earlier you pick your winner, the better your odds will be. These odds fluctuate significantly throughout the F1 season, depending on each driver’s performance during Grand Prix races.

We offer competitive odds for Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, Oscar Piastri, George Russell, Lewis Hamilton, and other top drivers in this market.

Constructors’ Championship

The constructors’ championship runs concurrently with the drivers’ championship. Here, you’re betting on the team you think will end the season at the top of the pile.

Each constructor team has two drivers in the F1 championship. After every race, the constructor receives two sets of points, based on the finishing positions of each of its drivers.

You can bet on McLaren, Ferrari, Mercedes, Red Bull Racing, Williams, or any other Formula 1 team in the constructors’ championship market.

Tips for Betting on Formula 1

Now you know how to bet on Formula 1 at talkSPORT BET Sportsbook, we want to leave you with these expert tips that might help you pick winners:

  • Check the current standings: Always check the current standings to find out which drivers are in form. Those at the top of the standings are likely to perform well in upcoming races.
  • Look at track records: Some drivers excel on specific circuits while struggling on others. Past performance can help you predict podium finishes.
  • Factor in the weather: The weather can make a massive difference to the outcome of an F1 race. Consider which teams have optimal wet-weather setups if bad weather is forecast for the race weekend.
  • Don’t ignore qualifying: The qualifying race should give you a good idea of who will likely go well. On tracks where overtaking is difficult, such as Monaco, the driver in pole position is a strong candidate for the win.

Alongside F1 betting and markets, we also offer competitive odds for other popular motorsports like Speedway.
