Mad Cabs Hold & Win Bonus Features
Along with the namesake Hold & Win bonus, there are also Walking Wilds in the base game, which can randomly come to life when wild symbols appear.
Walking Wilds
When one or more wilds land, there’s a chance for one or both of them to become walking wilds. Wild symbols transform into cab wheels and speed across the reels, transforming all symbols in the row into wilds.
If a walking wild transforms an existing wild, it will add or increase its multiplier. If a walking wild transforms a Hold & Win coin, it will collect the value from the coin and add it to your winning payout.
Hold & Win Bonus
You’ll need six or more Hold & Win coins to activate the Hold & Win bonus, which is played on a separate grid containing only prize coins, multiplier symbols, and blanks, which look like black tyres.
All Hold & Win prize coins stick to the board, and you are granted three respins. Each time a new prize coin lands, it will also stick to the reels and reset your spins.
Special multiplier symbols can land with the following multiplier values: x2, x3, x4, x5, or x10. Whenever they land, they will leave their multiplier value behind in the cell they occupied, which will be applied to the prize symbol that lands there next.
Multiplier symbols also reset spins and do not stick to the reels. If there’s already a multiplier on the position where the special multiplier symbol lands, the values will be added together.
If a special collector symbol has a bet value multiplier, it will be collected by a subsequent collector symbol.
Prize coins have values between 0.50x and 10x, and a full board awards the Mega jackpot of 5,000x. Other jackpots are:
- Mini = 25x
- Minor = 50x
- Major = 250x
Coin Shower
On any base game spin, there is a chance a coin shower will rain down from above with exactly six coins to activate the Hold & Win bonus. For this to occur, there must be at least one Hold & Win symbol on the board.
