Race Track by Evolution is a unique horse racing game that lets you wager on up to six horses. The game screens are set within a 1950s TV cabinet. The main screen displays the races, and there’s a smaller screen for the live commentator. Retro arcade-like graphics are used for the computerised races, which fit well with the overall look. 

The game has a stable of 50 horses, and six are chosen for each race. You can look at the horse's past form and use ‘Tipster’s Choice’ to help you decide who to back.

Race Track has a fun retro interface and features 50 horses, which are classified according to their strength and chances of winning.  

Six horses are picked to run in each race. Two will be classed as strong with a high chance of winning, some will be average, and the rest will be underdogs. The horses’ different strengths are reflected in their payouts, which you can see in the paytable below.  

Before a race, the horses line up, and information boxes appear at the bottom of the screen for each one. You can use the information to help you decide which horse(s) to back. ‘Tipster’s Choice’ mode highlights the strongest horse in the race and can help you determine how to bet. You can activate it in the top right of the TV cabinet. 

When the betting window opens, information boxes and casino chips with denominations you can use to make a bet will appear. Click on the chip you’d like to use and then click on the information box of the horse you’d like to bet on. 

The betting window will close, and the horses will move to the starting line. The commentator provides expert commentary throughout the race. They will declare the winner, and you’ll be rewarded if you wagered on the winning horse.

There are 50 horses in Race Track, with six running in every race. Each horse has been given a strength, and its payouts are based on its odds of winning.

All Horses Mode 

When the betting window opens, you’ll be in all horses’ mode by default. This mode displays the performance of the six horses in the race over the last 100 races and gives their theoretical winning probabilities.  

Tipsters’ Choice Mode 

In Tipsters’ Choice mode, the horse that has historically performed the best is compared to the other six horses.  

Bet Statistics 

The bet statistics are displayed on the bet tabs for each horse. The tabs show you the following details, which show you which horses other players are wagering on: 

• The horse’s lane number,  
• Its odds of winning,  
• The number of players who have bet on it 
• The value of the combined bets on the horse
