To score base game wins, you must match identical pay symbols on adjacent reels along the game’s predefined paylines. You can view the payline configuration in the game rules.  

Pay symbols include low-value royals and top-paying thematic symbols, like bottles of ale, bats, dynamite, a mine cart, and the top-paying dog character. The latter offers payouts for matching two of a kind, and up to 3x the bet for hitting five along a payline. 

In addition to pay symbols, the reels contain Prospector Wilds, the TNT plunger scatter symbol, and two types of Link & Win symbols: diamonds and gold nuggets.

Wild Symbols 

Prospector Wilds appear on reels 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the base game and free spins bonus. They can appear stacked and substitute for all pay symbols to help you create winning combos. Score a 2x multiplier for all winning payouts with Prospector Wilds involved.  

Free Spins Bonus 

Three, four, or five scatters will award 5, 10, or 15 free spins, respectively. During the bonus, all low-paying royals and gold nugget symbols are removed from the reels.  

If you hit two or more scatters during free spins, you’ll retrigger the bonus like so:  

• 2x scatter = 3 extra spins 
• 3x scatter = 5 extra spins

Link & Win Feature 

Link & Win symbols are diamonds and gold nuggets. Hit six or more on a single spin to enter the Link & Win feature game, which starts with three respins on a modified bonus array. During the bonus, only Link & Win symbols and blanks can land. Each time a new symbol lands, it locks in place and resets your spin count to three.  

Each diamond symbol contains a cash prize between 10x and 80x or one of the Mini, Minor, or Major jackpot prizes. Each gold nugget awards a cash prize between 1x and 8x the bet.  

The bonus continues until you run out of respins or all grid positions are filled. All prize symbols on the grid are then added up and awarded. Filling the entire array will award the Grand Jackpot prize. Jackpot values are as follows:  

• Mini – 20x 
• Minor – 50x 
• Major – 100x 
• Grand – 1,000x 

Jackpots are awarded as multipliers of your base bet, and can only be won during the Link & Win feature game.
