The game opens to an enchanted forest, alive with fireflies, toadstools, and creeping vines, with the Megaways reel set in the centre of the screen. The game controls are below the main arena; use the plus and minus buttons to set your wager, then hit the golden spin button to play. 

The objective of the game is to match three or more pay symbols on adjacent symbols from left to right along one of the game’s active paylines to trigger payouts. Pay symbols include low-paying 10-Ace royals and four high-paying symbols representing each of the four elements.  

Bonus symbols include gold and emerald Magic Spins scatter symbols, treasure chest wilds, and super wilds, which are one of four enchantresses, dressed in red, blue, purple, or green.

Megaways 

The features start with the Megaways engine, which provides a dynamic reel set and variable paylines. Each of the six reels can land between two and seven symbols, creating up to 117,649 ways to win. The window at the top of the reels shows the number of active paylines on each spin. 

Chain Reactions 

All symbols involved in winning combos will disappear from the reels after your payout has been awarded to make way for new symbols to drop down from above. If the new symbols create another winning combo, they, too, are removed, and the process repeats, creating a chain reaction until no further wins land.  

Enchanted Reels 

Each of the four middle reels may become enhanced by one of the elements in the game: Fire, Air, Earth, and Water. The enchantment may also lock for up to three spins. If a high-paying symbol of the same element as the one that the reel has been enchanted by lands, that symbol will be transformed into a wild. 

Wild Symbols 

Wild symbols substitute for pay symbols to help you complete paylines and score payouts as per the paytable. Wilds always contribute to the highest paying payline win.  

Super Wilds 

On any spin, super wilds covering an entire reel may appear on any of the middle four reels with ways multipliers between x2 and x7. The multiplier represents how many symbols the super wild counts as for the payout. If a super wild lands on an enchanted reel, its ways multiplier will be increased to a value between x8 and x20. 

Magic Spins 

Up to six scatters can land on any one base game spin. The first three will activate the bonus with nine free spins, plus each additional scatter will offer an additional three spins, up to a maximum of 18 free spins for the round. 

Any locked enchantments on reels will transfer into the bonus round on those same reels. New reel enchantments that have occurred during the bonus may also become locked. If, after the last free spin, there are still locked enchantments on the reels, they will transfer out of the bonus into your base game. 

During the bonus, up to four of the middle reels may become enchanted, and the enchantment of reels occurs on every spin. It is possible for all enchanted reels to have the same element.  

A multiplier is applied to your wins during the bonus, and increases with every winning spin up to a max of 20x.
