Chelsea Betting Odds 2025/26

Chelsea enjoyed a productive season under Enzo Maresca in 2024/25. The Blues won the UEFA Conference League and secured Champions League football via a fourth-placed Premier League finish.

Many of their signings proved a hit with the fans, and this Chelsea squad now looks more like a team than a group of talented individuals thrown together on the field.

After a decent first season, what does success look like for Maresca’s Chelsea in 2025/26? Should they win the league? Keep reading for your Chelsea betting odds and markets at talkSPORT BET Sportsbook.

Chelsea EPL Odds for 2025/26

Ahead of the 2025/26 season, Chelsea are outsiders to win the English Premier League. We have them as the fifth likeliest team to win the title, behind Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, and Newcastle United.

A better bet for Blues fans might be to back Chelsea to qualify for the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League via a top-four finish.

However, given Chelsea’s high-spending approach to the transfer market and the fact that we’re likely to see plenty of new arrivals again in 2025/26, don’t rule out a title challenge in West London.

Chelsea 2024/25 Performance Review

We know that Maresca had a decent season in charge of Chelsea in 2024/25 as he has retained his job and the backing of the club’s ever-demanding board.

At the end of 2023/24, Mauricio Pochettino was fired for a sixth-place finish and a defeat in the EFL Cup final.

Maresca guided his team to fourth and UEFA Champions League football, while winning the Conference League for the first time in the club’s history.

This shows significant progress and is evidence that Chelsea are back on an upward trajectory after several disappointing seasons in the English Premier League.

But perhaps the most gratifying thing for Chelsea fans is that many of the club’s new players have started to justify their price tags and lengthy contracts.

Nicolas Jackson and Cole Palmer led the line well, while Moisés Caicedo and Enzo Fernández were excellent in midfield.

While a few more high-profile signings will likely arrive at the Bridge this season, Maresca has improved the squad significantly and will look to add to what he already has at his disposal, with no major rebuild required.

Chelsea Transfer News

The 2025/26 summer and winter transfer windows will likely be significantly quieter for Chelsea than in the last few seasons.

The early arrival of sought-after striker Liam Delap from Ipswich Town was a shrewd move for Chelsea. He scored 12 goals in 37 Premier League appearances for the Tractor Boys, an impressive return given that they were relegated back to the English Championship.

The fact that he’s English will also help Chelsea to meet home-grown rules with Champions League squad registration requirements, and on the pitch, he will provide competition for Nicolas Jackson.

Delap will be joined by Estêvão Willian, who arrived at Stamford Bridge at the start of the 2025/26 season in an initial £30 million deal. The former Palmeiras winger has been outstanding since breaking into the first team, and he’s one of the most talented young players in the current Brazil squad, winning five caps before his 19th birthday.

Sporting CP’s Dário Essugo is another summer arrival at the Bridge, after swapping Lisbon for London in a deal worth over £20 million. The combative midfielder will likely be on the fringes of the first team or may even be loaned out for further experience, but he’s one to watch for the future.

Essugo’s teammate Geovany Quenda has also joined Chelsea, in a fee worth upwards of £45 million. Like Essugo, Quenda is one for the future, but he won’t arrive at Chelsea until the start of the 2026/27 season.

Rumours abound relating to Chelsea transfers in the 2025/26 season, and you can bet on transfer specials at talkSPORT BET if you have a hunch who might end up at the Bridge this season.
