Although the standard rules of classic baccarat are still in effect, Baccarat Squeeze creates a heightened sense of anticipation by drawing out the reveal. Classic baccarat is based on two hands, the Player and the Banker.
Card values are worked out differently in baccarat, with tens and face cards having a value of zero. You place bets on which hand will get closest to 9, and the host then deals the Player and the Banker hands, facing down on a screen. You get a feed from this screen and can ‘squeeze’ the cards yourself, using your finger or your mouse, depending on which device you’re using.
If neither the Banker hand nor the Player hand has a value of 8 or 9, third cards will be dealt. A winner is decided based on which hand has reached 9, or failing that, is closest to 9 without going over. If you bet on the outcome, you’ll get a payout.

Card Values
Baccarat is unusual amongst casino card games because it uses a unique mechanic to assign card values. From 2 to 9, cards carry their face value. Royalty cards and 10s are worth zero, and aces are worth 1. Additionally, if a hand exceeds nine, the first digit is taken away. For example, if the Player's hand is dealt an 8 and a 9, the sum of those numbers is 17, so the value in this game would be 7.
Bonus Bets
The standard bets in baccarat are quite straightforward, but if you want more variety and extra risk, bonus bets could be a good option. Banker Bonus and Player Bonus bets are a series of special set wagers that relate to how decisive a victory is, rather than which hand won.
In a Player Bonus bet, you wager that this hand will win by four or more points. Similarly, Banker Bonus bets pay out if this hand wins by four points or more. Bonus bets have a tiered payout structure based on how many points you are predicting the winning hand to lead by.
The risks are higher with Bonus Bets because they rely on a specific gap between the values of two hands. The wins are less frequent than in Banker, Player and Tie wagers, but the payouts can be better.
