Blackjack X is played using 8 decks of regular playing cards. The game's objective is to get a higher value hand than the virtual dealer’s hand without exceeding 21 points. The best hand in the game is Blackjack, when you get bang on 21 points with the first two cards dealt.
In Blackjack, number cards are worth their face value, picture cards are each worth 10, and Aces can be either 1 or 11, depending on what suits your hand best.
Start by selecting your bet value using the virtual chips in front of you, and place the chip on the designated betting spot. You can also play additional bets during the allocated betting time, which are discussed in more detail below.
When betting closes, the cards are dealt starting from the position immediately to the dealer’s left. Each player gets two face-up cards, while the dealer’s second card remains face-down. After cards are dealt, each player takes a turn. You must decide whether to hit (take another card), stand (keep what you have), or split your hand if you have a pair.
Once all hands have been played, the dealer reveals their face-down card and plays following the rule that they hit on 16 and stand on 17. Once the dealer plays, hands are compared and payouts awarded.

Aside from the main bet required to play, you can also place a number of options for side bets.
The Perfect Pairs side bet is placed before any cards are dealt and involves betting on the outcome of your first two cards dealt. There are three different pair options that will award a payout for this side bet:
21+3 is a three-card combination involving the dealer’s upcard and your initial two cards. Winning combos are similar to winning hands in three-card poker:
If the dealer’s upcard is an ace, you will be given the option to take the insurance bet to offset the risk the dealer has Blackjack. At the end of betting, the dealer will peek to determine if they are holding Blackjack, and payouts are awarded accordingly.
The Bet Behind feature allows you to place bets on the hands of other players at the table. When betting behind a fellow player, they make all the decisions, but if their hand wins, you also win your bet.
Betting behind happens during the allocated betting time before cards are dealt. In the event the player chooses not to proceed with that game round, your bet is returned. You can bet behind other players but not on your own hand.
All payouts are at the same rate as for the main Blackjack game bets. A winning badge next to a player’s name highlights which players have the longest winning streaks to help you choose which players to bet behind.
