The payouts in Lightning Roulette depend on the type of bet you place. You can place many bets, including inside, outside, and racetrack bets. 

Inside bets are bets placed on the inside grid of the roulette table. In this version of roulette, you can place six types of inside bets: 

• Straight up - a bet placed directly on a single number 
• Split - place a bet on two neighbouring numbers by putting your chip on the line between the numbers 
• Street - bet on three numbers in a row, by placing your chip at the end of the row 
• Corner - wager on four neighbouring numbers by placing your chip at the corner where the four numbers meet 
• Line - you can bet on six numbers by placing your bet on the line between two rows of three numbers

Outside bets are bets placed on the outside of the table. These bets are on specific groups of numbers, instead of single numbers. You can place the following outside bets in Lightning Roulette: 

• Column bet - this bet covers 12 numbers and is made by placing your chip on the boxes marked ‘2 to 1’ 
• Dozen bet - bet on three sets of 12 numbers by placing your chip on the boxes marked ‘1st 12,’ ‘2nd 12,’ or ‘3rd 12.’ 
• Red/black - cover the 18 red or 18 black numbers 
• Even/odd - bet on all the even or all the odd numbers

Lightning Numbers 

When the betting window closes and the ball is spinning on the wheel, the host walks over and pulls the lightning lever. This fires up the random number generator (RNG), and lightning will strike the numbers on the screen at the back of the studio. This process selects one to five numbers from the zero to 36 numbers on the wheel. 

These numbers are the lightning numbers and display on the digital screen at the back of the studio. When the lightning numbers have been chosen, a multiplier applies to each of them. The multiplier can be between 50x and 500x your bet. 

If you place a straight-up bet on the winning number and it’s a lightning number, the lightning multiplier will apply to your win.
