Hey guys, I am off to Lingfield today for two decent rides.
Starting off with James Tate’s Alain. She’s a winner over the distance. She didn’t run up to scratch last start, but back on the all weather, which is her preferred surface, seven furlongs, she’s solid. So I think she’s going to have a good chance. James Tate’s horses are in good form. Hopefully Alain is back on the all weather.
Then we ride Thursday for Simon Dow, really good second, a good winner at Windsor, but a good second here on the turf after she won three starts ago. she’s been tried over a little bit further, which I don’t think has suited her. She hasn’t quite stayed the distance, but back over a mile and a quarter on the firm track of Lingfield, where she was second 3 runs ago, I think will suit her very much, and in what’s not a very strong race, I think Thursday definitely goes in there with a good chance. Two rides there, hopefully two winners.
