Today we’re going to Kempton in the evening, 4 rides. The pick of them, is True Wisdom in the London Middle Distance Series Qualifier over a mile and a quarter. He’s been running well without winning, but not many runs on the clock and it’s last run on the all weather was quite good. So I think from a decent draw, he can get back to his winning form.
He was a good winner early on in the last season at Newmarket. So he’s definitely capable up to this sort of level. A little bit hit and miss since, but a very good run over this course over slightly further. So I think track and trip suit. So True Wisdom, I think we’ll definitely have a chance. It’s a competitive race, but at his best, he’ll be there.
Ludo’s Landing, I was a good winner on him last start. He hasn’t run since, so he’s had a few weeks to freshen up. He loves the track, he’s a course and distance winner, good draw, he just needs to land in a good spot and albeit a competitive race, he should back up his last start win and be very competitive.
We’re finishing off with Electric Avenue for George Baker. Very consistent on the All Weather, consistent on the turf, a winner a few starts back earlier in the season. He is coming back to six furlongs from seven, which is probably a little bit of a question mark, but he’s been running well, so definitely more than capable.
A few good chances, competitive races. Let’s keep the hot run going.
