Happy to be back in action tomorrow after a week of no racing, so we’ll be refreshed and ready to go. We start off with two rides at Lingfield. The first is a maiden for Tom Clover with Crack On Boys. He’s a two-year-old, unraced cracksman. He’s a half-brother to an all-weather winner, so hopefully that stands him in good stead for what doesn’t look to be a very strong race. Hopefully he can show something, after all he’s from a good stable of Tom Clovers.
Later on, in the sprint, we’ve got Four Adaay. She’s a course-and-distance winner, and I was aboard when she won earlier this season at Sandown on soft ground over five furlongs. She is a course-and-distance winner on the surface. So she’s definitely up to this sort of level. She’s running with two pounds more than on her winning mark at Sandown, so hopefully she can still be a competitive mark. She does need the race to suit her, so the faster they go, the better it’ll be for her. Hopefully, with a bit of luck, we’ll be back with a bang!
