When and Where is UFC 310?

UFC 310 is scheduled for Sunday, December 8th, 2024, starting at 6.00 am (GMT). The event will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

UFC 310 Full Fight Card

UFC 310 was meant to see Rakhmonov take on defending welterweight champion Muhammad. However, the American champion had to withdraw due to injury, which gave Ian Machado Garry the opportunity to take his place. Now, Garry’s undefeated record is on the line against the dangerous Rakhmonov in the co-main event.

In the other main event, UFC newcomer Asakura faces champion Pantoja in a flyweight title bout that really could go either way. On a packed undercard, Ciryl Gane faces Alexander Volkov, while Bryce Mitchell goes up against Kron Gracie.

UFC 310 Preview & Betting Insights

In the main fight at UFC 310, Asakura is an unknown entity among UFC fans. The Japanese MMA star is untested in the promotion but has been selected by Dana White at the top of the order thanks to his impressive track record as a RIZIN fighter.

Asakura is a two-time RIZIN bantamweight champion, with 13 knockout wins and three victories by submission. So, while he’s new to the promotion, he’s an experienced fighter who will undoubtedly cause problems for Brazilian flyweight champion Pantoja.

Pantoja secured the championship belt with an impressive win over Brandon Moreno at UFC 290 in 2023. He has defended his belt twice, winning by unanimous decision against both Brandon Royval and Steve Erceg. He’s also on a six-fight win streak and goes into his bout against Asakura as the favourite, with odds of 2/5*.

In the co-main event, we can look forward to a battle of the undefeated as Rakhmonov takes on Garry. Something has to give in this fight, with Rakhmonov announcing to the world that he was “coming for his [Garry’s] zero” when his new opponent was announced. This is a big step up in class for Garry, who is available at 3/1* if you think he can defeat the talented Kazakh fighter in Las Vegas.

Elsewhere on the card, Gane faces the experienced Volkov in their heavyweight clash. Gane recovered from his high-profile loss to Jon Jones at UFC 285 with a Fight Night win against Serghei Spivac in September 2023. This is the second meeting between the two, following their bout at UFC Fight Night 190. Gane won by unanimous decision in June 2021 and hopes to repeat the feat under the Vegas lights this December.
