When contacting you we may record telephone calls, emails, direct messages and communications via the live chat, and retain data used for training and security purposes and as a means of confirming your identity (legitimate purpose).

We may also contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you have received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services and products (legitimate purpose).

We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose. We may also use such reviews in other promotional material and media for our advertising and promotional purposes.

In order to comply with all applicable regulation, we will supply some of your personal information to third parties (including financial institutions, age verification, and credit reference agencies). Credit reference agencies provide services for identity verification, credit risk and affordability checking, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and tracing. A record of the search and results will be retained, and the third party may use the information to assist other companies for verification purposes (legitimate purpose).
